Guests will have choices of room types: Penthouse, Superior, Standard and Bunk rooms. The Penthouse rooms will be over 700 sq ft of lux and the bunk rooms will have everything needed to have the best group reunions ever.

Overlooking the city of Atlanta, this rooftop will be the summer hub for fun and relaxation. There will be an outdoor bar with ample seating and areas for lounging and taking in the amazing sunsets. The top floor will have an indoor space for events and parties suitable for private soirees hosted by our members.

Our hotel is inspired by the global nature and history of our clientele and in turn, our on-site restaurant and cafés, will be influenced by cuisines around the world. The restaurants will be helmed by a celebrity chef who will create healthy, well thoughtout seasonal menus that still have a little bit of modern flair.

HOUSE ONE21 will have a mix of bars suiting the needs of our patrons and club members. The main bar at the restaurant will serve classic cocktails and a wide variety of wine. While the rooftop bar will create beautiful tropical beverages that mimic the view and a the lobby bar will play to those looking for a quick easy drink to be had over a meeting. The mixologists at our bars will create innovative and delicious cocktails with a chemist’s precision. Beers crafted by the best breweries will be on tap and rotated monthly to keep our selections interesting.
